The desk, in detail

Dama is a venue for supported equity tokens during the hours when United States cash equities are closed. Quotes, depth and settlement continue while the exchanges are dark.

Everything on this page describes the product as it is being built. Fee schedule, reward terms and contract details are finalised and published before the token goes live.

Hours

Session

The Dama session begins at the close of the regular New York Stock Exchange session, 16:00 Eastern, and runs until the next regular session opens. Equity tokens settle on chain continuously, so the desk stays reachable through the weekend as well.

Desk opens 16:00 ET, at the closing bell
Desk closes 09:30 ET, when the regular session resumes
Weekend Open, on thinner liquidity
Coverage AAPL, NVDA, TSLA, MSFT, AMZN, META, GOOGL, AMD, NFLX, SPY, QQQ

Holders

Rewards

Protocol trading fees are returned to eligible holders of $DAMA through Pons, paid in a token linked to a broad United States equity index rather than in $DAMA itself.

  • Accrual runs continuously, with a larger share allocated to the after-hours session.
  • Staking is not required and there is no lockup.
  • Eligibility is read from chain state, so nothing has to be claimed manually.
  • The full reward schedule is published before launch.

Orders

Triggers

The desk is built around scheduled events: earnings, guidance updates and other announcements that land once the exchanges have closed.

Limit

An instruction that rests until the market reaches your price, then settles as an on-chain swap.

Trigger

An instruction armed at a level away from the current mark. When the mark prints through it, the order is released to the pool with the deepest liquidity for that equity token.

Market

Immediate execution against available liquidity. The expected fill, the route and the fee are shown before anything is signed.

Disclosure

Security

User funds, session integrity and reward accounting are in scope from the first public release. If you find a vulnerability, report it privately and do not go further into a system than is needed to show impact.

In scope

  • Desk authentication, session handling and order signing
  • Wallet connection and network checks on Robinhood Chain
  • Order, balance and reward accounting
  • Dama contracts once the address is published

Out of scope

  • Social engineering, phishing and physical attacks
  • Third-party wallets, RPCs and services we do not run
  • Duplicates and already public issues
  • Reports without a demonstrated impact path

Award tiers, the reporting mailbox and the encryption key are published together with the contract address, before the desk accepts its first live order.

Legal

Terms

Nothing on this site is investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation to buy any asset. Trading outside regular exchange hours means thinner books and wider spreads, and prices can move sharply against a resting order.

Access may be restricted in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for determining whether you may use the desk where you live, and for any tax that follows from doing so.
